❤️ Do not hide your feelings towards others. Leave your pride behind and express your love ❤️

❤️ People are positively affected by truthful expressions and love.

❤️ Go tell someone you love them today and observe their reaction.

❤️Cultural norms make it difficult for others to put themselves in that vulnerable position to tell others how they truly feel in an adoring way.

❤️There’s nothing wrong with being vulnerable to those you love and who love you. Don’t play tough, put your guard down.

❤️ Our Prophet ﷺ did not hide his feelings. He was concerned and observant to those around him. And he genuinely expressed this to the point everyone around him felt special.

❤️So what’s say you? Why do you have the need to be so mean? Be nice, be caring, be considerate.

❤️ Don’t give the excuse that you’ve been through a lot. In the end you still have a choice not to live in the past and move forward in a more positive way.

❤️ It takes way more energy to be bitter than to be loving and affectionate. The hormones attached to being loving put a person on cloud ☁️ 9.
