🍂The weather is changing from hot to cold making a shift into autumn.
🍂While living in climates that have four seasons has its pros, there are also some things to watch out for.
🍂Whenever Allaah causes one season to merge into the next, these changes effect our body.
🍂Our bodies are accustomed to one temperature and then having to adapt to the new temperatures and climate.
🍂These seasonal changes can kick start illness for many or at minimal cause some allergic reactions.
🍂So it is upon us to equip ourselves with the nourishment our bodies need in order to fight off sickness as well as adapt to the new temperatures.
🍂That being said, it’s time to start loading up on herbs, supplements, and proper hydration. Let’s not forget our duas and exercise of course.
🍂Duas like:
اللهم عافني في بدني
اللهم عافني في سمعي
اللهم عافني في بصري
لا إله إلا أنت
“Oh Allaah make me healthy in my body. Oh Allaah preserve my hearing. Oh Allaah preserve my sight. There is none worthy of worship except you.”
🍂And herbs such as:
🪸Sea moss
🪸Herbal teas
🪸Vitamin D
🪸Black seed
🪸Honey
🪸Vitamin C
🪸Essential oils
🪸Eating lots of fresh veggies
🪸Less Carbs
🪸40oz of water daily (minimum)
🪸Lymphatic drainage
🪸These are just some examples to get started. Our bodies need to be maintained and taken care of inside and out. On a spiritual level and nutritional level.
🪸When we neglect this, then the shaytaan can play on these weaknesses and in turn this effects the quality of life.
🪸May Allaah keep us in good health, emaan, and strength.
