🍃Even 45 minutes to an hour of this weekly could lower stress levels and give you a better quality of life.

🍃Time to breath and think 💭 without the mental clutter and distraction of family and friends.

(Sisters side is mostly empty outside of Jumu’ah)

☕️ Your local coffee shop with books such as a Barnes & Nobles for example.
